He obtained his Master Degree in Mechanical engineering at University of Florence in 1999, with Master Thesis about Experimental modal analysis, investigation of structural dynamics parameter to validate finite element model and for further structural optimization of the frame-suspension system of scooter "HEXAGON" of Piaggio.
From 1999 to 2003 he worked as application engineer at LMS Italy in the field of experimental analysis with specific skills on noise & vibration testing.
Since 2003 he has been employed in EnginSoft in the Engineering Optimization Area, and was appointed Pre-sale manager in 2006 and Head of Optimization Team in 2008 responsible for pre-sale and post-sale activity, customer training, seminars and consulting activity.
He is managing modeFRONTIER as Chief Technical Officer of the Optimization Competence Center in EnginSoft.
Since 2004 is moreover involved as teacher in Multi-objective optimization and DOE training for TCN consortium
